A few clear terms.

PaidTradie is preparing to launch. This website introduces the product and lets you join its mailing list. Joining is free. It does not create an app account or start a paid subscription.

What the product does

PaidTradie prepares invoice drafts and customer details from job notes. You are responsible for checking names, contact details, prices, GST status, and bank details before issuing an invoice.

You control delivery

No review request is sent automatically. You must have valid consent, identify your business, and provide an effective opt-out. You must not filter customers by satisfaction or offer rewards for positive reviews.

Early access and price

The planned price is A$49 per month. Joining the mailing list does not start a subscription or charge a card. Final subscription terms, tax treatment, cancellation, and refund terms will be shown before payment. Polar will handle the product subscription.

Payments to your business

The product supports bank transfer instructions and manual payment records. Optional online invoice payments are still being tested. Joining this mailing list does not enable payment services.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Paid-service terms will be available before subscriptions open.
